Marvel Snap just dropped a MASSIVE balance update, and the meta is about to get CRAY! Buckle up, True Believers, because we’re diving deep into the buffs, nerfs, and total reworks that will have you rethinking your decks from top to bottom.
[New] 3/3 – Each card you play to fill your side of a location gains +2 Power.
Elsa Bloodstone is BACK, baby! She’s ditching the local buffs and spreading the love across all locations once more. Get ready to see her supercharge your favorite swarm decks!
[New] When you discard a card, this gains +1 Power and can move next turn.
Miek’s getting a much-needed power boost! No more confusing interactions, just pure, unadulterated discard synergy. Time to unleash the full potential of this buggy boi!
[New] 2/2 – On Reveal: If your opponent played any cards here this turn, copy one of them into your hand.
Mantis is undergoing a complete transformation! She’s ditching the deck-snatching and becoming a master copycat instead. Imagine stealing a buffed-up Venom – talk about a game-changer!
[Change] 3/4 -> 2/3
Cable’s getting a cost reduction to make room for Mantis’ new thievery game. Seems like Cable finally found a partner in crime!
[New] On Reveal: Draw a card and give it -1 Cost.
The Thanos train might be slowing down a bit. The Time Stone nerf is aimed at making that Infinity Stone toolbox a little less potent. But hey, maybe Soul Stone can finally get some love?
[New] 1/2 – At the end of the game, this jumps from your deck to your lowest-Power location. (that isn’t full)
M’Baku’s ditching the random jumps and getting a bit more strategic. Now he’ll always land in your weakest location, giving you a much-needed boost in the final showdown.
[New] 1/2 – On Reveal: Destroy the lowest-Cost card in your opponent’s deck.
Yondu’s getting a small tweak that could have BIG implications. Destroying the lowest-cost card in your opponent’s deck opens up some interesting combos with discard and steal effects.
[New] 5/3 – On Reveal: Remove the text from each card with an On Reveal ability in your opponent’s hand.
And finally, Leech is getting a much-requested adjustment. He’ll still be a disrupter, but now he’ll only target cards with On Reveal abilities. This opens up more space for those crazy end-game shenanigans we all love to hate (or love, depending on who you ask ;).
