In general, when posting a deck list it is looking to cover the meta when it comes to Conquest. Conquest is very different from climbing the ladder, so some decks that are rated lower can definitely work better in Ranked. Also, the meta is everchanging so this deck’s potency may change!

Loki Deck Thoughts
The Loki deck is the best deck in the game. It wins by doing unfair things, such as playing Collector into Agent Coulson into Snowguard plus Loki on turn 4. This will create a gigantic Collector and give you seven cards in your hand, all of which are discounted by one from the Loki.
Some people think that wave decks can beat the Loki deck, but this is not true. The Loki deck can simply play a bunch of cards on turn 5 after playing Loki on turn 4. This will put the Loki deck too far ahead for the wave deck to come back.
The real decks that can beat the Loki deck are Cerebro 3, Hela, and Tribunal. However, the Loki deck can include Cosmo to help against these matchups. Cosmo can stop Shadow King, Valkyrie, and Deadpool from being destroyed. It can also stop Invisible Woman, Modoc, and Hela from being played.
The rest of the Loki deck is pretty straightforward. It includes Angela, Jeff, and Kitty. These cards help to make Angela even better by giving her more procs. This allows the Loki deck to be more flexible in terms of its game plan. Sometimes, it is better to keep Cosmo and play a more midrange game.

The Loki deck is a very powerful deck, but it is also very difficult to play. Here are some tips for playing the Loki deck:
Always be looking for ways to play Loki on turn 4. This is your best chance to win the game.
If you cannot play Loki on turn 4, try to play a bunch of cards on turn 5 to put yourself too far ahead for the opponent to come back.
