A new patch for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has been released, version 2.0.2. This patch fixes a few bugs, including:
Victories against NPC trainers may not have been recorded, preventing players from receiving rewards.
It was not possible to transfer certain special Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet via Pokémon HOME.
Other select bug fixes have also been implemented.
In addition to the bug fixes, the patch also adds a new save block that can store 200 more random trainers, bringing the total number of records to 500.
While the patch does not address all of the game’s performance issues, such as the data skipping glitch, it is a welcome improvement.
